The normal Semester
is four months in length. Most course are scheduled
for a full semester. At the end of each semester,
final grade are posted on the college's website.
Two four-months semesters of full time study (Minimum
15 credit hours each semester) normally constitute
a complete academic year of study at King Edward
College Of Management & Technology.
There are three semester in the calendar year:
- Fall Semester : September
to December
- Spring Semester: January to
April
- Summer Semester: May to August

A completed King Edward
College Admission
Application Form clearly stating the program's)
for which you are applying and the desired
start date.

Official transcripts/mark
sheets/academic records that show all the
subjects taken, and grades obtained for the
last two years of secondary school studies.
If the date of graduation is not shown on
the transcript, proof of graduation such as
a graduation certificate or a graduation statement
issued by the appropriate educational authorities
must be submitted to the Registrar’s
Office.

Official post-secondary
transcripts may be used in lieu of secondary
school transcripts. The transcript must indicate
successful completion of at least one full
academic year.
- All transcripts submitted
are confidential and become the property of
the College.

When you arrive at the
College, you must give the International Education
Department a copy of your Study Permit, a
copy of the photo page of your passport, and
proof of medical insurance.

Admission
Requirements |

Age
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at
the time of enrolment. Graduates of Grade 12 or
the equivalent may be admitted if they will be
18 years of age or older by the end of the first
semester of enrolment.
Academic Requirements
Successful completion of Grade 12 (12 years of
formal education with English Subject) with Economics
or Mathematics, Or Commerce, Or Bachelors with
Economics, Or Bachelors with Mathematics, Or Bachelors
with Computer, or Diploma in Computer or relevant
experience in Computer field.

Apply at least
four months before the start date of the semester.
In many parts of the worlds, the processing time
required to obtain a Study Permit from a Canadian
Embassy or High Commission or Consulate Office
is 6-8 weeks or more. It is your responsibility
to make sure that you are able to report to the
college on the date specified in your Letter Of
Acceptance, approximately five weeks before the
semester begins, for orientation, course planning
sessions, diagnostic testing, and course registration
information. |
